The Security lapses in Android devices is very common. This occurs mainly due to the Android Users not having in-depth Knowledge about the Security Features in the device and downloading the apps from non trusted sources. Detailed Analysis of various types of Security features of an Android smartphone was done to calculate the overall Security score. Security score based on the device settings of the Android user was calculated and security score based on the type of apps and the permissions granted by the user was calculated. The algorithm built is very comprehensive and robust. Categorization the Android users based on Security Score into Very Low, Low, Medium , High, Very High categories using Kmeans model is done finally. Clustering of several brands was done on the basis of Security scores.
